NETSTREIT Announces Appointment Of New CFO

DALLAS (January 6, 2020) – NETSTREIT Corp, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) based in Dallas, Texas, that specializes in acquiring single-tenant net lease properties to industry leading retailers nationwide, announces the appointment of seasoned industry veteran, Andrew P. Blocher, as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Blocher was previously with First Potomac Realty Trust (NYSE:FPO) where he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to his tenure at First Potomac, Mr. Blocher served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT). Mr. Blocher was also named a 2014 CFO of the year by The Washington Business Journal.
