NETSTREIT Hires Randy Haugh As SVP Of Finance

DALLAS (February 10, 2020) – NETSTREIT Corp, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) based in Dallas, Texas, that specializes in acquiring single-tenant net lease properties of industry leading retailers nationwide, announces the appointment of Randy L. Haugh, as its Senior Vice President of Finance. Mr. Haugh most recently served in the U.S. Real Estate fund management group at The Carlyle Group (Nasdaq: CG) and was responsible for supporting over $18 billion in commitments consisting of six closed-end funds, one open-end fund and several external co-investments. Prior to his tenure at The Carlyle Group, Mr. Haugh served as Vice President of Finance at First Potomac Realty Trust. At First Potomac, Randy was responsible for a variety of core financial activities, including developing and maintaining the Company’s forecast model, components of corporate reporting and compliance, supporting investor relations activities and maintaining relationships with key investment and corporate banking advisors. In addition, Mr. Haugh played an integral role in the strategy and execution of First Potomac’s $1.4 billion merger with Government Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: GOV). Randy will report to  NETSTREIT’s recently announced Chief Financial Officer, Andy Blocher, whom he worked with previously at First Potomac Realty Trust.
